Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing and Dispatch

All retail orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 business hours from our central warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timelines

Our estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

• Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5 to 7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7 to 10 business days

3. Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹50 applies. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur an additional nominal handling fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this link to track the live status of your shipment through our courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBees, etc.).

5. Non-Delivery

If our courier partners are unable to deliver the package after 3 attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to our warehouse (RTO). We will issue a refund minus the forward and return shipping charges.
